Certified Teachers are responsible for providing an effective learning environment for youth ages 5-18 years old, to enhance various academic areas. Certified teachers help students combat learning loss from the pandemic. In addition, practice scaffolding through learning, helping our Club Kids and their parents, to climb each step proudly, leading to self-sustaining and satisfying futures. Certified teachers work Monday through Thursday from 3pm-5pm, up to 8 hours a week. Teacher Certification required, Atlantic City School Teachers preferred.
Hourly Rate: $42.00, 8 hours a week
Finance and Accounting Clerk
The Finance and Accounting Clerk is responsible for researching, verifying, and resolving and discrepancies found on vendor invoices or account status. They manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships. In addition, the Finance and Accounting Clerk accurately enters all invoices into QuickBooks and ensure bills are allocated correctly. They are responsible for reconciling monthly credit card statements to properly submit accurate payments in a timely manner. BA in Accounting from an accredited college or 3 years equivalent experience, 2 years or more of Quickbooks Accounting software experience. Must be proficient in excel and at least 1 year of nonprofit accounting experience preferred. This position has the ability to become hybrid after a successful 90 day completion.
Full Time Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000
Program Assistants are responsible for providing services to support BGCAC five core program areas: The Arts, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership Development and Sports, Fitness and Recreation for children 6-18 years old across all three Club locations. Program Assistants are scheduled from 1:30pm-6:30pm. If a Program Assistant chooses to opt-in for Summer Camp/Sessions, they are scheduled for shifts which increase to 35-40 hours per week from 8am-4:30pm.
Hourly Rate: $14.00, 25 hours a week
After School Program Leader
Responsible for providing services to support BGCAC five core program areas: The Arts, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership Development and Sports, Fitness and Recreation for children 6-18 years old across all three Club locations. After School Program Leaders are scheduled from 1:30pm-6:30pm. If an After School Program Leader chooses to opt-in for Summer Camp/Sessions, they are scheduled for shifts which increase to 35-40 hours per week from 8am-4:30pm. degree in Child Development or 3 years of relevant experience required, BA degree preferred.
Hourly Rate: $18.00, 25 hours a week
Membership and Outcomes Coordinator
Responsible for the data collection and assessment of club, members and programs. Completes all monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by supervisor. Compiles regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance and participation. Ensure the front desk area is well decorated for welcoming members, parents and visitors.Oversees membership tracking system, PARS and membership processes.
Communicates and distributes promotional and recruitment information in the community. The membership coordinator works 40 hours a week. BA in Business Administration, Education, Social Services preferred or 3 years equivalent experience
